A custom bike fit includes a thorough physical assessment, video analysis of cycling biomechanics and appropriate changes to the bike and foot-pedal interface to address the cyclist’s injuries and concerns.
I really appreciate everything Jeff and crew has done for me. I had a total knee replacement on November 29th. The therapy given has been excellent and I am really happy with my progress so far. I am looking forward to trying Tailwind Fitness upstairs too with Nicole. Oh...and Mogul is awesome.

Fantastic!! Three weeks ago I literally couldn't walk and had a long planned trip to Green Bay Wi for Packer camp. Jeff and Sasha saved me!! I walked the entire Lambeau Field and to and from the hotel 1/4 mile away! THANKS Tailwind you made my trip possible!!!
